水蒸气发生器,通过精密计量泵控制进液量,通过相变汽化模块将液体先分散成液膜再进 行换热转化成水蒸气。可以稳定地将一路液体蒸发。相变汽化模块不仅具有蒸发混合稳定的特点,而且具有非常宽的蒸发范围,应该范围较广泛。
主要用于实验室产生流量可调、温度度可控的水蒸气,同样可做为液体的相变发生器,该产品内部器件采用全SUS304/316L材质,应用于气体加湿,材料合成,水热老化,材料的性能评价。

二、使用条件
使用环境:0~50℃ ,0~80%RH
进气要求:压力>0.1Mpa(无杂质)
进水要求:蒸馏水或去离子水(超纯水)

通过控制面板设定和观察气化模块升温温度;
2.储罐中的去离子水,通过恒流泵加入精密蒸发器中,去离子水得流量连续可调;
3.精密蒸发器将液态水99%蒸发,并且保证蒸汽流量波动小于2%;
4.过热蒸汽通过SUS316L管道通入流量控制器(选配)中,将高温水蒸气稳定输送到位置。
