产品概况
甲醛发生器是根据空气净化器国标GB18801-2015检测标设计,空气净化器在新标准舱内进行气体污染CADR值和ccm值测试时,需要甲醛发生器在舱内发生一定浓度的甲醛污染。甲醛发生器以甲醇为原料,通过甲醇催化氧化反应,在线制取高纯甲醛。
/甲苯/VOCs通过精密注射泵注入精密微通道汽化器进行定量汽化。特殊设计的汽化器可保证液体全部汽化,且死体积可忽略不计。过滤和计量后的空气载气同时经过汽化器,将甲醛/甲苯/VOCs带出,形成所需的污染源。
从发生原理上来区分,甲醛发生器分为汽化型和催化型,汽化型为把甲醇液体(福尔马林)汽化为气体,催化型为将甲醇汽化后经过催化剂催化成甲醛。
